Ajooni Impact Investment Advisors Private Limited, a subsidiary of IPE Global Limited, has been set up to deploy innovative financing and commercially viable market based solutions that can align private capital along with philanthropic and public capital to catalyze Sustainable Development Goals. Ajooni leverages a unique blend of development, investment and advisory experience to achieve these goals.
Ajooni adopts a theme-based approach focusing on health, sustainable livelihoods and sustainable urbanization. It has launched its first impact fund, the Pahal Health Fund, which will take an ecosystem approach to invest in and scale growth stage social enterprises that improve health outcomes. IPE Global (Africa) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of IPE Global Limited. Established to build indigenous local expertise of African nationals in the development sector to meet the needs and priorities of national and sub-national governments in Africa, IPE Global Limited (Africa) has a distinct identity with a regionally-appropriate portfolio and leadership.
With regional office in Nairobi (Kenya) and branch office in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), IPE Global Limited (Africa) works with local governments to revitalise key infrastructure, strengthen government institutions and provide solutions to improve quality of life, propel economic progress and help alleviate poverty.

Imperia Health Private Limited, (an IPE Global venture) is a hospital management company. Founded by some of the most distinguished medical professionals of India, Imperia Health offers an array of integrated management services designed to improve sustainability of semi-distressed hospitals, providing business plans and transaction advisory for new ventures and helping in marketing, quality management and total system improvement including training and capacity building support for commissioning & start-up of healthcare facilities.

Triple Line - a UK-based subsidiary - supports sustainable development with a focus on the triple imperatives of inclusive economic growth, social development and environmental protection for people and the planet.For over 20 years, Triple Line has been working with governments, financial institutions, private sector, foundations, and civil society to deliver an expanding portfolio of development assistance in countries across Africa, Asia, and the rest of the world.

The recent Global Call to Summit 2015 which saw congregation of national and international experts in the arena of mother and child healthcare was successfully concluded in New Delhi. The Summit co-host and supporting organisations played pivotal roles in the working committees and sub-groups, to ensure that all the elements of the Summit were conceptualised and executed to perfection.
